Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a deeply relaxing, restorative and effective way to release blocks & traumas, cleanse auras, realign chakras and help balance energy. You can book a one-to-one session where a combination of sound instruments will be chosen and played to suit your personal needs and intentions for the session. You will also have the added bonus of a reiki balance and healing throughout this session.

GROUP SESSIONS

Enjoy healing in a welcoming and warm setting and embrace the community feel of a group healing session. When plausible, these are held outdoors under the stars, with the added sounds of nature deepening and enriching this highly beneficial healing experience.
